Charges / Fines / Penalties: 
Washington Limo Services is not responsible for the irresponsibility of the client(s) or passenger(s). However, we do understand forgetfulness and emergency situations.  
a. Late cancellations, less than 6 hours for local pick-ups will result in improper cancellation of services. Client will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
b. No show, no call or on the spot cancellations for local pick-ups will result in a penalty charges for the services. Client will be charge at an HOURY rate of the chosen vehicle, at the minimum hourly rental rate required. (This happens when a trip is cancelled after the driver is already on the specified pick-up location).
c. If by accident a client happens to get picked up by a different vehicle or by other company other than Washington Limo Services driver. The Client will be charged the full rate of the services.
d. To avoid on the spot cancellations penalty, you may refuse service when the driver is at the scheduled pick-up location. In which at that time, you will be charged at the full rate of the service. 
e. NO LAST MINUTE cancellations please, for local, nationwide or worldwide reservations. To avoid unnecessary charges. 
f.  Wait-time charges.
        *Sedan $1.00 per min.
        *SUV   $1.50 per min.
        *Van    $1.80 per min.
        *Limo  $2.00 per min.
        *Hourly/As Directed. (wait-time is included) 

e. Wait-time will be added after 10 minute grace period has passed the scheduled pick-up time a address locations.

g. Late night pick-up will have $10 additional charge.

h. Hourly/As Directed reservations are charged in one hour increments. 


For all inbound or arriving flights, pick-up times change according flight tracker status.
   1. Domestic inbound flights have 30 minute grace period from the terminal gate.
   2. International inbound flights have 1 hour grace period from the terminal gate. 
   
Please note: When a plane lands or touches down, it take approximately 15 min to reach the terminal gate. (Time difference varies from different cities, States and countries. 

Please note: Wait-time does not apply to hourly services. 


Fuel / Toll Charges/ Ferry / Gratuity:
All Chauffeured Serviced vehicles include toll charges.
a.  Gratuity is not included with the quoted prices online.  

           1. Standard gratuity is 20%. (based off of the original price)

b.  Fuel is included with all LOCAL bookings: Sedan, SUV, Van and Limousine Reservations for Washington State.

c.  12% fuel charge will be added over 30 miles of the service area.

d.  For local booking travel time is included. Except: Ferry coasts

e.  Ferry charges are NOT included:

          1. Coast of the ferry ticket.

          2. Ferry Travel Time will be added. (The time it takes to cross from point-to-point on the ferry).

f.   Hourly job for local (20 miles radius) bookings fuel is included with the price. All other hourly bookings 12% fuel charge will be applied. 
Damage to any of the Vehicles: 
Please read the charge listing carefully.  All prices are subject to change according to the year, make and model of each vehicle type.

  • Clean up fee:  SED $10.00 | SUV $20.00 | Limo (by size) $25.00 - $35.00 | Van (by size) $40.00 - $50.00 | BUS (by size) $75.00+

  • Smoking: $50.00

  • Cigarette burn: $250.00 - $2000.00

  • Car Sickness: $250.00 - $750.00

  • Seats or Panels: $300.00 - $1500.00

  • General Wiring: $200.00 - $5000.00

  • Broken Glassware: $40.00 - $200.00

  • Privacy Window: $1500.00 - $2000.00

  • Beverage Spills: $100.00 - $350.00

  • Exterior Windows: $150.00 - $2500.00

  • Radio/DVD-Blue Ray/CD: $350.00

  • TV/ Monitors: $500.00 - $1500.00

  •  Headliners: $500.00 - $3000.00


Subcontracting Affiliates Policy: 
Washington Limo Services LLC reserve the right to subcontract any affiliate companies, booked or reserved by Washington Limo Services LLC as needed for the occasion.

  • Separate Contract is required for all Farm-In reservations for Affiliates. All contracts are honored by Washington Limo Services LLC from the time of each account creation. 


Lost & Found Policy: 
Washington Limo Services LLC nor our drivers are responsible for personal belongings left behind or lost/stolen during the duration of the services. 


Extra Stops: 
Extra stops along the way to the Drop-Off location is an additional $10.00 charge. Otherwise, it is an separate booking charge.
